Bridge Road Warehouse Heritage Fitout

 In an old sandstone Heritage Building in Glebe, this warehouse style fit out was completed in approx 6 months for a little over $1000.00 m2 and houses over 100 employees. A number of features of this Heritage building were preserved and became features of the fit out. These features include exposed timber trusses and floor joists.

 
Careful placement of services allowed them to be exposed but be seen to be integrated into the building fabric.
 
In keeping with good green building practice a large amount of the demolished material was reused into the fit out. These items include the stair cases and flooring.
 
Where possible the building elements were left in the natural exposed state in keeping with this style of Warehouse Development.
